Obinna Prince Anum, Esq.
Principal Attorney
Obi Anum is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience helping clients protect their ideas, negotiate important agreements, and navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
Raised in Los Angeles in a tight-knit Nigerian-American community, Obi developed a deep appreciation for perseverance, creativity, and community—values that continue to shape his approach to the practice of law. He brings that perspective to every client relationship, combining strategic thinking with practical, real-world guidance.
Obi works with individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, athletes, and creatives across the country on matters involving contracts, intellectual property, and legal strategy. His practice regularly includes drafting and negotiating agreements, protecting creative and business assets, and advising clients as they launch ventures, expand opportunities, or navigate complex legal processes in the United States.
Before launching his practice, Obi built a strong foundation as a trial attorney handling complex litigation and appearing in hundreds of courtroom proceedings. That experience sharpened his negotiation skills, strategic instincts, and attention to detail—tools he now applies to transactional work, dispute resolution, and deal-making on behalf of his clients.
Obi also maintains a trusted professional network across multiple industries and legal disciplines, allowing him to connect clients with experienced collaborators when matters require additional expertise. His goal is simple: to provide clear, thoughtful legal advice that helps clients protect what they’ve built and move forward with confidence.
In addition to his legal work, Obi is active in the Florida legal community and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Jacksonville Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Obi is also a proud father of four daughters and divides his time between Florida and his hometown of Los Angeles.
