Nicole is an experienced C-suite executive, who oversees strategic operations for one of the largest municipal civil rights agencies in the country. Her leadership has shaped policy, balanced multi-million dollar budgets, and built brand identities. Nicole has also been instrumental in advancing philanthropic initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships—mobilizing public and private funding to launch impactful campaigns, while managing trademark protections, licensing agreements, and regulatory oversight. She continues to be a trusted resource for individuals and organizations seeking to make empowered, informed legal decisions. Her approach is practical, accessible, and deeply rooted in the belief that the law should work for everyone.

In addition to her government leadership, Nicole has provided legal counsel to startups and creative professionals navigating business formation, safeguarding creative assets, and brand management. She leads legal and business affairs for independent films, where she oversees rights management, clearances, and contracting.
